For which cookies do we ask your consent
Cookies are small information files that can automatically be stored on or read from the visitor’s device (such as PC, tablet or smartphone) when visiting a website. This is done via the web browser on the device.

On our websites cookies or similar technologies where information on the device is stored and / or read (for ease of reading all such techniques are here called ‘cookie’), are used to:

  • analyze the use of the website and, on that basis, improve the website (analytics cookies);
  • enable the visitor to interact directly with certain social media (social media cookies);
  • provide the visitor with (personalized) information or advertisements (marketing cookies);

Technical or functional cookies
Some cookies ensure that certain parts of the website work properly and that your user preferences remain known. For example, cookies can be used to render fonts well, to remember your user session on the web server so that you can view the website, or to remember a search term that is searched within the website or a chosen filter.

Analytics cookies
We use cookies from Google Analytics, so that Google can give us insight into how our website is used, to provide reports about the website to us and to provide information about the effectiveness of our campaigns. The information we obtain is transferred to Google and stored by Google on servers in the United States. We have signed a processor agreement with Google in which agreements have been made regarding the handling of the collected data. For example, we have indicated that Google must remove the last octet (8 bits) of the IP address of the visitors to our websites before the IP address is stored by Google. Furthermore, we have not allowed Google to use the obtained information for other Google services. Google may, however, provide information to third parties if Google is legally obliged to do so, or insofar as these third parties process the information on behalf of Google. We have no influence on this. More information about the data processing by Google Analytics can be found in the Google privacy statement and in the Google Analytics privacy policy. PHC does not use other Google services in combination with Google Analytics cookies.

For which cookies do we request your consent?
Below is an overview of the cookies that we use in addition to the analytical, technical and functional cookies. We use some cookies ourselves, but we use third parties for other cookies. These parties act in our assignment and we determine what happens to the cookies. There are also cookies that are only placed and used by third parties. We have no control over those third parties and how they deal with your data.

Below we have included an overview of the cookies used and the parties that belong to them. For more information about how these third parties deal with cookies, we refer to the relevant privacy statement.

Enable and disable cookies
If you do not wish to accept any cookies on to your machine you can disable them by adjusting the settings on your browser. Note: A lot of websites require that cookies are enabled for their functionality to work.

Delete cookies
Many cookies have a limited durability. If an expiry date is set, the cookie is automatically deleted when the expiration date expires. You can also choose to manually delete the cookies before the expiry date has expired. Consult the manual of your browser.

Third party websites
This privacy and cookie statement does not apply to websites of third parties that are connected to our website by means of links. We can not guarantee that these third parties handle your personal data in a reliable or secure manner. We encourage you to read the privacy statement of these websites before using these websites.

Acces to and correction of your personal information
You have a right to ask what personal information PHC holds about you. You can ask us to rectify your personal data if it is inaccurate or incomplete.
